An active leader in both parish and diocesan life, Mrs. Neumann serves in several ministries and is passionate about accompanying educators as missionary disciples who lead with faith, wisdom, and joy. Her writing and research center on the integration of Catholic spirituality with educational leadership, helping school leaders discover sustainable, mission-driven approaches that foster both personal holiness and thriving school communities.
Mrs. Neumann believes that Catholic schools flourish when leadership is rooted in authentic relationships, prayerful discernment, and a deep commitment to forming the whole person. She is dedicated to creating school cultures where students, families, and educators encounter Christ in the ordinary rhythms of daily life and are inspired to become faithful disciples who transform the world.

Forever in our hearts, Pearl Heinlein.
